Listing your personal fitness and weight goals

The first step is to accept the challenge for your personal goals. List what you want to strengthen, tone, and work on in terms of your physical appearence. Staying true to yourself and addressing the problem areas is the first part of the challenge.

Change does not happen overnight so prepare to be patience with results. This can get frustrating, stay upbeat and positive. You will reach where you need to be.
