When trying to turn things around and make a lifestyle change many factors come into play. It is important to know that making a change in diet, rest, and exercising will all make the perfect recipe for a successful lifestyle change. Lifestyle changes don't have to be drastice. Start out small; maybe increase the amount you attend the gym each week by one day, tell your self that you will not be taking any elevators or escalators, start taking stairs when you can or even park a little further away then you normally would. When it comes to diet go to the store and buy healthy food choices for lunches. This actually will also give your wallet a break on small purchases throughout the week you don't need on unhealthy foods. And at last, give yourself a bedtime and try (just try) to get the same amount of sleep each night. (This is always the most difficult for me.)
All of this are just some of the options you have when choosing to GET FIT. It all about where to start and imagining yourself at the end of the battle. Plus, you will start to feel really great, full of energy and healthy!
